3 Biggest Fitness MISTAKES (shocking!)

Is the Afterburn Effect the 1 proven shortcut to six pack abs? This video reveals all: sixpackshortcuts.com Hey guys, in this video I talk about the 3 biggest fitness mistakes that 99% of all guys are making when it comes to getting a ripped body and six pack abs. If you’re just getting into fitness, or even if you’re been a fitness junkie for a while…it’s going to be important to know about these mistakes so that you can avoid them. Don’t sweat it, its not your fault. Everybody including myself had made these fitness mistakes, the key is to realize it early and avoid them so you can start seeing the results on your body. Mistake #1: DON’T FALL FOR FOODS THAT ARE MARKETED AS HEALTHY. Food companies have caught on to the trend of healthy eating and are trying to market/label their food products as healthy when they really are not. Do not get fooled. Anything out of fast food restaurants are still bad for you. Even if its labeled as “healthy” it still made with processed meats and other processed stuff. Chips, cookies, breads, etc… disregard if they are ;0 trans fat…. made with whole wheat grains…. no sugar added….. organic…..they are still no good. Eat whole foods proteins and natural carbs like rice, and potatoes. Mistake #2 DON’T REST SO LONG DURING YOUR EXERCISE. Most people rest 2-3 min b/t their exercise like they have all the time in the world! They do things like: – take their time as they walk to the water fountain, – change the music on their ipod

Social Media Outposts

A few nice social media images I found:

Social Media Outposts

Today I’m working at a client’s premises where I’ve got a workstation set up with my Apple Cinema Display. It’s all a bit laborious today as I need to go through all of their social media content and make sure it’s in all the outposts it should be. There was a brief break when I interviewed Makita’s rep for my client’s audio podcast.

The diagram explaining social media outposts was drawn for another client for whom I’ve done a series of consultancy sessions.

7. Behavioral Finance: The Role of Psychology

Financial Markets (ECON 252) Behavioral Finance is a relatively recent revolution in finance that applies insights from all of the social sciences to finance. New decision-making models incorporate psychology and sociology, among other disciplines, to explain economic and financial phenomenon, such as erratic stock price variations. Psychological patterns such as overconfidence and perceived kinks in the value function seem to impact financial decision-making, but are not included in classical theories such as the Expected Utility Theory. Kahneman and Tversky’s Prospect Theory addresses such issues and sheds light on irrational deviations from traditional decision-making models. 00:00 – Chapter 1.
